Video Script

AccuPOS software on handheld mobile devices empowers you to sell anywhere at any time, allowing endless opportunities to expand your customer base, sales and profitability.

Wherever your business takes you, simply connect the AccuPOS handheld to an available Wi-Fi signal and launch the AccuPOS application from the home screen. You’ll be instantly connected to the latest items, prices and customer details from your headquarters.

Then Log in with your user password, or swipe your AccuPOS ID card into the optional handheld magnetic card reader.

This password identifies the user and restricts sensitive functions like returns and discounts to only those authorized to use them.

The AccuPOS main screen, or ‘Invoice Tab’, is always ready to process sales. 

To quickly apply items to a transaction, either use a barcode scan from the optional scanner, or select customized buttons on your menu pages.

These customized buttons and pages can be identical on any of your devices.

From the ‘Invoice’ tab, transactions can quickly be tendered by cash or credit card.

For cash payments, simply touch “Take Cash” and enter the payment amount. The change will be displayed and you’ll be ready for the next transaction. For credit card payments, simply swipe the customer’s card on the optional card reader and select “process”.

Your customer will be prompted to sign with their fingertip, directly on the device. Once a customer has paid, their receipt can be printed on a paired Bluetooth or network-ready receipt printer, or emailed, or both.

The receipt window shows current items in the transaction, allowing for easy removal… or adjustment of quantity, or price.

The device’s menu button also provides access to common functions such as cancelling the current sale, or saving an order for completion later.

The ‘Payments’ tab covers other forms of payment, such as gift cards, checks or Accounts Receivable, and the ‘Shift’ tab covers shift administration including logging out, end-of-shift and other functions.
