Our annual support agreement provides unlimited access to Senior Technicians during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8 AM to 7 PM Central Time). Additionally you are eligible to receive updates as they become available. After hours Support is available for emergencies only, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for an additional fee.
