Re-opening a Closed Order
In certain situations it may be necessary to re-open an order which has already been closed.
To do so, make sure you do not have an order loaded and press the “Shift” tab.
Selecting the “Reopen Order” button will bring up a list of previously closed orders, with the most recent order on the top left.
The time, tender amount and server are also listed, which will help you determine the correct transaction.
Pressing the proper order will re-open it.
It will act as a live order on the P.O.S. and can be modified by either removing or adding items and/or payment types.
To keep the order as it was when you re-opened it, press the “Take Cash” button, then “Take Cash” on the payment screen.
