Here are some highlights of what’s new in our latest AccuPOS Update!
Contact Tech Support from Web Management
There’s now an easy way to get a hold of Tech Support when you have an issue, without having to call in! Avoid waiting on hold in the queue by submitting an online contact form, straight from web management. Look for the headset icon in the top right of your management window, or in the menu bar if you’re on a mobile device. Clicking on this will enable you to send an email to our Tech Support line, which will allow them to reach out to you at a convenient time and with the tech best suited to help you out.
New Date Format Available
You can now change the time/date format on the Customer Receipts page to IL format – dd-MM-yy H:mm
We’ve added a “Remove Discount” button to the popup box on the Web Management Customer Info page.
